Brief Plot: Chef and the boys rush to the hospital to check on Mephesto, who's gunned down just as he's set to reveal the identity of Cartman's father.

Kenny: Gets electrocuted and freezes.

Oops:

• See the "Oops" for episode 113 about Cartman's age and the '91 Broncos. It's still true here.
• Mrs. Cartman claims Eric is in his 40th trimester. If you do the math, that comes out to age 9. Cartman is really 8. His age was stated elsewhere in the episode.
• While in the operating room the doctor tells the Chef that the patient has appendicitus and that he must remove his appendix right away or he will die. He then tells him that Chef will cut open the patient's chest. Anyone who ever took high school biology knows that the appendix is located in the lower abdomen and not the chest.
• South and East are swapped on the hospital blueprint.
• Kenny's suction disappears during the operation.
